Coach Silva is a very hands on coach that is very good at developing his players. He takes pride in helping his pitcher and catchers get better eery single day and he cares about all of his players. He is tough and will be tough on you, but it comes from a place of wanting you to be the best you can be, not just so he can win more games. I would highly recommend playing for Coach Silva to any high school kid. You will get better playing for him.
