Coach Lee is one of the best leaders I ever played for. He knows how to motivate his team extremely well. He does not do a lot in terms of development as players because he delegates most of the day to day skill work to his assistant coaches. He knows how to win and to coach winners. With that being said, he really cares about his players. If you give effort every day, he will do anything to help you.
